About Us

Both founders, Derrick and Jon Smith were entrusted by one of the most prestigious historical preservation programs in the country to offer student instruction in the trades they're so familiar with. In 2020, father & son decided to focus on workshops and education so that the greater public had access to the skills they need for their jobs, or for their own home endeavors. Because of their reputation in the industry, the company grew to offer more services, such as replication work, consulting, window work, etc. As they've both been integral to the industry, the company was able to grow organically through word of mouth and pre-existing contacts.

On top of the ever present draw to care for our surrounding communities, we're looking to expand to a larger footprint and offer custom millwork nationwide as there is a high demand and a very low supply.

 

Our aim is to support the legacy and continuity of structures so the craftsmanship and quality is passed down through generations with confidence.
